I just wanted to drop you all a line to say a massive thank you for such a successful wedding reception.
Kate, thank you for everything you did for us, we felt truly supported by you, and a big thank you to Shirley and Richard for being so accommodating.
All of your staff really are wonderful, friendly and hard working. House keeping and the ladies on reception at all times were so helpful, understanding and nice to us. Your bar staff and waiting staff were also all so fantastic (apologies I didn't get every member of staff's name but I did try and individually thank as many people as I could!).
Every guest commented on how wonderful the food was, please pass on a big thank you to Kev - and guests that stayed the night in the hotel also were so impressed with the rooms and breakfast - myself included!
I will ALWAYS recommend the hotel in the future as will every other guest at our wedding. In fact I want to do it all again next week - how are you fixed?! (haha). Everyone had a fab time and it went so smoothly - and to you all I am so grateful.
It really shows how hard you all work to make the Hotel work and the modernization and improvements are so impressive - the new bar in the Monroe Suite is lovely and the room gave us so much scope to personalize it exactly how we wanted it, and I loved it!
